The cost for the final cleaning is 50 €.
For a stay longer than ten days, the costs for the final cleaning will not be charged.
Special prices are possible for long-term holidays of 4 weeks or more.

Services included
- Air conditioning, electricity, water, WiFi
- Bed linen and towels (please bring your own beach towels)
- Linen change once a week and intermediate cleaning for stays of 14 days or longer
Additional service
- A baby cot and high chair can be provided on request.
- Parasols for the roof terrace and beach are available.
- On request, we will gladly take care of a filled fridge if you arrive late in the evening, for example. Just tell us your wishes!
General terms and conditions
If payment is not received within this time, the reservation will be cancelled.
The remaining amount is due no later than six weeks before the start of your stay.
For reservations or bookings made less than six weeks before the start of your stay, the full amount is due immediately.
Cancellations
Cancellation fees apply:
- more than 12 weeks prior to your arrival: full refund of the deposit, less 50€ administration fee.
- between 12 and 6 weeks before your arrival: 30% of the agreed rental costs
- less than 6 weeks before your arrival: 100% of the agreed rental costs
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
For Corona-related cancellations, we will refund the booking in full – minus an administration fee of €150.
