Availability and prices
The following applies to all
- The cost for the final cleaning is 50 €.
- For stays of more than ten days, the costs for final cleaning are waived.
- Special prices are available for long-term vacations of 4 weeks or more.
- Bed linen and towels are provided (please bring your own beach towels).
- Linen change once a week and intermediate cleaning from a stay of 14 days
Additional service
- A crib and high chair can be provided on request.
- Sunshades for the roof terrace and beach are available.
- On request, we will be happy to keep your fridge stocked if you arrive late in the evening, for example. Just let us know your wishes!

Payments & Cancellations
General Terms and Conditions
Payments
After your booking, we ask you to transfer a deposit of 30% of the total price within ten days. This makes the booking binding. With the binding booking you accept our general terms and conditions.
If payment is not received within this time, the reservation will be canceled.
The balance is due no later than six weeks before the start of your stay.
For reservations or bookings made less than six weeks before the start of the stay, the full amount is due immediately.
Cancellations
We kindly ask you to inform us immediately of any cancelations.
Cancellation fees incurred:
- more than 12 weeks before your arrival: full refund of the deposit, less 50€ administration costs
- between 12 and 6 weeks before your arrival: 30% of the agreed rental costs
- less than 6 weeks before your arrival: 100% of the agreed rental costs
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
